Larry Fielder, President

Larry is an Army Vet Served in Iraq from 2003-2005 and a Sergeant in a PA State Penitentiary for over 18yrs. He has coached youth football for fifteen years and has strong Penn Hills ties due to serving as community mentor throuout Allegheny County for over fifteen years.
Fred Leverett, Vice President

Fred is a Business Process Improvement Coordinator for ZOLL and Co-founder of M.O.R.E. Unity, a local nonprofit. Following the closing of the Penn Hills YMCA, he started the Penn Hills Metro Basketball Association.
Tracy Regus, Secretary

Tracy is an English Language Arts instructor for the New Kensington-Arnold School District. She served on the Board of Directors for CASA of Westmoreland County and acted as a youth football “Team Mom” for over ten years.
Kevin Cooper, Jr., Athletic Director

Kevin is a Magistrate Judge for Homewood, East Hills, and Lincoln. For over ten years, he has supported several youth football programs throughout Allegheny County.
Dr Tamara Allen-Thomas, Education Director

Dr. Allen-Thomas Currently the Superintendent of Clairton City School District. Served as Principal/Chief Academic Officer of at Penn Hills Charter of Entrepreneurship for nine years. She earned her Ed.D. in Leadership and Administratiom at Point Park, and Master's Degree in Public Policy and Principal Certification from Carnegie Mellon.
Akita Donald, Public Relations Officer

Akita is the Executive Director for Aaron Donald 99 Solutions Foundation and owner of AD99 Apparel. Through her role as Executive Director, she develops and oversees initiatives, programs, and events to support youth athletes. Akita also is a Adjuct Professor at Slippery Rock University as well as a mental health therapist.
